At Flame Bistro and Bar, our story is rooted in flavor, tradition, and fire. Inspired by the vibrant culinary scenes of Beijing, Singapore, and Hong Kong, our menu brings together a fusion of Asian tastes prepared with modern creativity.

At the heart of our concept is the Chinese character for “fire” (火)—a key element in our logo and a symbol of our passion for bold, memorable food.

In Chinese cooking, fire plays a vital role—especially in the high-heat technique known as “bao chao” or explosive stir-frying. This method uses intense flames to quickly cook ingredients, unlocking deep layers of flavor and producing the coveted “wok hei”, or breath of the wok—a smoky, slightly charred aroma that defines many classic dishes. This powerful tradition of cooking with fire drives our kitchen and our mission: to serve up food that’s vibrant, exciting, and full of soul.
